Pricing questions
How does the annual discount work?
Pay yearly and you get two months free — twelve months for the price of ten. The monthly figure shown on the annual toggle is what it works out to per month.
What counts as an animal?
An active animal in your organisation. Sold, deceased and archived animals do not count towards your limit but keep their history.
What if I go over my animal limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing locks: the limits are what a plan is meant to cover, not a gate in the software. Since we cannot bill yet, going over simply means we will talk about it when paid plans start.
Can I pay for a plan today?
No. Billing is not live yet, so there is nothing to pay and no card to give. Everybody is on the free plan; if your place needs more than it covers, write to us and we will arrange it by hand until billing works.
Can owners and places be the same thing?
Yes. A private household that also boards two animals for a friend can stay on Free. Once you need staff, recurring tasks or time tracking, you are on Starter.
Do you offer non-profit pricing?
Rescue and welfare organisations get 50% off Starter and Pro. Get in touch and tell us about your work.
