Features

One record. Five ways to use it.

Everything in Animalrounds hangs off one thing: the animal. Who may see which part of it depends entirely on the access its owner has handed over — and for how long.

In every plan

The foundations everyone gets

No role sees an emptier product than another. These are shared building blocks.

QR access model

No placement, no access. Scanning an animal's code is the only way in, and the owner approves and ends it.

Organisations, not accounts

A stable, a practice or a household is an organisation. People join it with a role: admin, manager, staff or viewer.

Scopes that actually limit

Care, medical, transport or view. The scope decides which tabs of the profile even load.

English and Dutch

Switch language per user. Both the app and this site exist in full in either language.

Export everything

A CSV of the logged hours, with the task and animal per entry, and a full JSON export of everything your organisation owns, whenever you ask for it.

Private media

Photos, videos and documents live in private storage and are served through short-lived signed links only.

What's inside

Everything an animal record should have been all along

Built with horses, dogs and farm animals in mind — but the record works for anything you tend.

Complete animal profile

Identity, microchip, passport, UELN, pedigree, weight and height — plus every photo and document in one place.

Medical history

Vaccinations, deworming, treatments, surgery, dental and farrier visits, each with a next-due date that turns into a reminder.

Medication & feeding plans

Active medications with dose, route and instructions. Feeding plans per time of day so a stand-in never has to guess.

Tasks that repeat themselves

Morning feed, hay, water, muck out, turnout, exercise. Set a daily or weekly rule once and stop rewriting the whiteboard.

Time tracking

Start and stop a timer on a task. Export hours per worker, per animal, per period as CSV — the basis for what you invoice.

Live timeline & notifications

Fed, mucked, medicated, photographed, treated. Owners see it happen, in order, as it happens.

Behaviour & safety notes

Flag the gelding who bites when rugged or the dog who bolts at gates — with a severity anyone standing in can read in a second.

Transfers & co-ownership

Sold an animal? Transfer it with its history intact. Share ownership with a percentage when there is more than one owner.

Start with one animal. Add the rest in an afternoon.

Create your free owner account, add your animal, print the QR code. The next time you drop off, the handover takes one scan.
